Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
• Hair must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Lace must not be cut or altered
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Worn or used hair
• Washed or altered products
• Lace that has been cut
• Items not in original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
